Out of concern for public health, and in view of the latest event restrictions placed by the authorities, we sadly will not be holding the August Eco Market. The decision to cancel the event was not easy, but a necessary one.
We want to show our gratitude for the support received by our incredible vendors, sponsors and collaborators. They are all great examples of sustainability in Malta who walk the talk and support our social enterprise with commitment and passion. And a special thank you goes to you, fans of Eco Market! We know this news comes as a disappointment. We’re planning other ways for our community to get together. We are also in the comfort of knowing that our community is still strong and connected and will survive the novel coronavirus. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and understanding.

The official Eco Markets are BACK!
Be part of Malta’s green community!
We are thrilled to welcome you back to our sprightly open-air events! Mellieha Square offers one of the most suggestive backdrops for the Eco Market. We had a fantastic event there last year and we are very happy to return to this charming northern village, and its friendly and hospitable residents! This event is FREE ENTRANCE.
The market will be set up in the beautiful square between the police station and the church. Expect to find a myriad of stalls featuring small local businesses and entrepreneurs offering all kinds of Eco-friendly products and services. From housewares to gift ideas, personal care and beauty products, plants and seeds, fresh produce and vegan artisan delicacies, innovative green tech and handmade wonders, there is practically an Eco-friendly alternative to everything you can possibly need.
You will never find any kind of single-use plastic at the Eco Market. All our vendors package their products responsibly in plant-based plastics, bio-degradable material or even return and refill options. Don’t forget to bring your re-usable water bottle and drink for free. As usual, the event will be accompanied by music, kids activities and awareness-raising talks.
