Event Policies

a) The event enforces a 100% ban on ALL single-use plastics (including

product packaging, stall décor and personal items).

b) Vendors must be responsible for all waste generated by their stall.

c) All food stalls must bring their own bin and bag for organic waste.

d) Discard all unnecessary packaging BEFORE arriving on site.

e) Vendor is to leave allocated space clean and tidy.

f) Share and educate visitors about the sustainability features of your

product/business.

Terms & Conditions:  

a) Eco Market will determine stall assignments. It is not allowed for two or more vendors to share the same stall.

b) Vendor must be set up and ready 30 minutes before Event starting time.

c) Vendor must vacate within 1 hour after the Event closing time.

d) It is the vendor’s exclusive responsibility to ensure that they in conformity with all legal requirements pertaining to their business operation, including VAT.

e) At least one person should always be at the Vendor stall at all times.

f) In case of any damages caused to the venue by the Vendor, the Organiser has the right to seek damages.

g) The Vendor is responsible for the safety of all his set up, stall, equipment, personnel, products and marketing material. The Organisers do not take any responsibility for damages to any of these during the event.

h) Any commercial appliances, open-flame devices, highly-flammable substances and smoking behind market stalls are strictly prohibited.

i) The Organiser reserves the right to request the Vendor to remove any products or items that they deem offensive, inappropriate, unsafe or detracting from the quality of the event. Any such requests must be adhered to with immediate effect.

j) The Organisers do their utmost to promote and advertise the event as well as possible, and reach as many people as possible within reason; however we cannot guarantee any outcome.

Cancellations:            

a) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason, particularly but not limited to in case of extreme weather conditions.

b) In case of cancellation by the Organiser a full refund or credit note will be issued.

c) In case of cancellation by the Vendor no refund will be issued.

d) In case of no-show by the Vendor no refund will be issued.
