CULT is a woman-led business specializing in the creation of a range of fermented food and drinks. Born from a passion that was ignited in Australia many years ago after Katie created her very first jar of sauerkraut, she now procudes a range of products including vegan kimchi, different drinks and sauces and cashew cheese with an emphasis on being sustainable in every aspect of the business. All raw ingredients are sourced locally from organic growers and offers cash back for returned containers. CULT is a zero-plastic and zero-waste business. Katie recently started conducting workshops to share her knowledge with others.
With names such as ‘Buwgi’, ‘Filfli’ and ‘Xemxi’, FilflaChili Co presents a fresh new approach to home-made chili sauces. Malcolm, founder, maker and producer, prides himself of using the best, freshest and when possible locally-sourced ingredients. Each jar is a testament of their passion for quality, with each unique product being a tribute to the island’s rich culinary heritage, highlighting the sundried tomatoes, oranges, and olives amongst others.
Adrian founded Holy Wines in 2018 driven by his personal wine preferences. Recognizing the growing market for niche wines, he saw the few local importers catered for particular wines – ethical, biodynamic and vegan choices. As a long-time wine enthusiast, he naturally transitioned to full-time wine importing and sales, curating wine he loves. Today, he represents 15 family-owned wineries, primarily from cool-climate European regions.
Idejn Bieżla is a homebased business, producing homemade goods such as jams, chutneys and other goodies. They use locally produced ingredients as much as possible, without any artificial additives and preservatives. They take sustainability seriously and are committed to reducing negative impact on the environment by packaging their products in a sustainable way and reward container returns for re-use. Their aim is to provide food products with bold tasty flavors. Romina, the founder, also creates craft items such as pet beds, bag pouches, seasonal home decoration, and other decorations for special occasions.

You can find Matilde’s mobile kiosk in Gozo at Ramla during the summer months. Matilde is originally from Italy and specializes in fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle, lasagna and maccheroni. She prepares the pasta and the sauces with her own hands using only the finest and freshest ingredients. She also loves preparing typical Italian sweets and is now offering vegan deishes.

Sephora spearheads a food truck that specializes in the harmonious fusion of European and Asian cuisines.
