The Sustainable Product Award is for businesses that design and produce specific, genuinely eco-friendly products made in Malta, encouraging sustainable daily habits in fashion, household items, beauty, and wellness. This category suits ethical fashion designers and accessory brands using sustainable fabrics, producers of natural, cruelty-free, vegan, or organic beauty and skincare products, and makers of eco-friendly household or wellness goods.

The Green Entrepreneur Award honors pioneering founders launching innovative ventures that tackle environmental challenges and promote sustainability. It is open to entrepreneurs in any sector, whether tech, energy, agriculture, fashion, services, household solutions, or something else, as long as the core focus is on delivering positive environmental impact.

The Sustainability Impact Award celebrates organisations, educators, trainers, or advocates that deliver impactful programs to raise awareness, build skills, and drive behaviour change in sustainability and environmental action. This category is suited to non-profit, educational, or advocacy-focused entities such as schools, colleges, or educational institutions; NGOs and environmental charities; community groups or local associations; freelance trainers, educators, influencers, or course creators; and advocacy networks or campaign organizers.

The Best Green Startup Award recognizes outstanding startups (with 1–50 employees) that excel at embedding sustainability across their business, products, and culture. It is open to ventures in any sector, including tech, retail, services, manufacturing, food, fashion, consulting, or others, as long as they show strong environmental performance and positive impact.

The Best Green Enterprise Award is for larger companies (with 51+ employees) that lead in embedding sustainability across operations, supply chains, products, and workforce. It welcomes enterprises in any sector, such as manufacturing, tech, retail, energy, services, hospitality, finance, or beyond, provided they demonstrate strong environmental leadership and measurable impact.

Finally, the Judge’s Choice Award is selected by the judging panel for the most outstanding or inspiring entry overall. Only finalists from the five main awards are eligible for this special recognition.
