The Kids4Kids Market is a fun, hands-on event where children become the entrepreneurs, setting up their own stalls to sell items they’ve made or loved themselves. From handmade jewellery and original artwork to homemade lemonade and gently-used toys, the market showcases the creativity and talent of young sellers in a real marketplace setting.
More than just a cute pop-up shop, it’s a genuine learning experience: kids practice pricing their goods, making change, talking to customers, and managing their own little “business” from start to finish. It teaches practical skills like budgeting, negotiation, and responsibility, while building confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
Parents and the community get to support young entrepreneurs, and kids walk away having learned that hard work, creativity, and a good pitch can turn a passion project into real earnings — planting the seeds for a lifelong entrepreneurial mindset.

Event policies:
- All 2nd hand items must be in good condition.
- Tables must be manned by children all the time and may be helped by adults.
- Children may swap and trade with each other.
- No refunds available.
- NO single-use plastic and other unsustainable material (plastic, foil, jablo, etc)
What can be sold:
- 2nd hand children’s costumes (Halloween, Carnival), school uniforms, occasion outfits. (no casual clothes)
- 2nd hand footwear, belts, gloves, hats, swimwear and other similar accessories
- 2nd hand toys, bicycles, skates, sporting equipment, games, puzzles, etc
- 2nd hand crafts, books and school supplies including backpacks, lunchboxes, etc
- Creative concepts designed by the children
- Handmade products made by the children (ex: jewellery, paintings, crochet, etc)
- Home-made food / drinks made by the children (ex: muffins, cupcakes, lemonade)
