3. Usage and Benefits: Membership grants access to benefits as outlined in the membership description. Benefits may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the provider without prior notice.

4. Compliance: Members must adhere to all policies, guidelines, and rules associated with the membership program. Misuse of benefits or violation of policies may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

5. Event Agendas and Schedules: While we do our utmost to maintain the original agenda and schedules for events in 2025, these are subject to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to required permits from authorities, local regulations, adverse weather conditions, logistical challenges, venue availability, and other force majeure events. The provider reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability: The membership provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the program or its benefits.

7. Termination: The provider reserves the right to terminate or revoke membership at any time due to policy violations, misuse, or other breaches of terms.

8. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
